Duties and responsibilities: 1. Master the trading systems of the domestic securities market and the relevant business rules of the company; 2. Read and understand the company's asset allocation, investment strategy, industry and listed company reports, etc.; 3. Develop and service wealth management clients and provide them with asset allocation services (covering investment consulting, product configuration); II. Basic requirements: 1. Fresh graduates: full-time bachelor degree or above (overseas QS top 100); 2. Previous graduates: full-time bachelor degree or above, more than 3 years working experience in banking or related industries; 3. Love the securities industry, with systematic knowledge of securities theory such as securities analysis, asset allocation and wealth management; 4. Familiar with domestic and foreign stock market trading rules, products and service system, with keen market perception and strong service awareness; 5, Good language skills, communication skills, ability to work under pressure, positive and optimistic, customer oriented, self-motivated, strong team spirit; III.
